Alpena Community College’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, based at the Oscoda Campus, provides a comprehensive educational opportunity for residents of Iosco and Alcona Counties. The program delivers a full range of student services, including advising, assessment, and top-notch instruction. What sets this program apart is its on-site nursing lab, which enables students to pursue both a Licensed Practical Nursing Certificate and a Registered Nursing Associate Degree without leaving the Oscoda area. With course offerings available in the Fall, Spring, and select Summer sessions, the program offers flexibility to accommodate diverse student schedules. Additionally, through the ACC Workforce Development Program, customized training can be designed for local businesses and industries, further enriching the educational experience and connecting students to career opportunities.
